Weekly Life Skills Training
For Teens (Ages 13–17)
Lifeskills every week!
Skillcraft is a 12‑week transformation journey built to train the real-world mental, emotional, social, and reflective skills that kids very much need in order to thrive through life.
Who it’s for
Teens (13–17) who are “doing fine” academically — but feel stuck socially, emotionally, or mentally.
Teens struggling with confidence, anxiety, social awkwardness, overthinking, or family pressure.
Parents who believe success is more than grades — they want their child emotionally intelligent, socially fluent, and mentally resilient.
What you’ll get
Over 12 weeks, your teen will:
Build mental clarity — learn to manage thoughts, stress, focus, and inner state.
Develop emotional mastery — control moods, regulate stress/anxiety, access calm and confident states on demand.
Acquire social fluency — communicate clearly, read social cues, resolve conflict, build meaningful relationships.
Gain reflective & life‑planning skills — set goals, reflect on experiences, make decisions with deeper insight.
Practice real skills weekly — not lectures. Through group coaching, exercises, role‑play, peer interactions.
At the end, they don’t just “feel better.” They become better — more confident, more capable, more themselves.
Why it matters
Because traditional support — counselling, random workshops, motivational camps — often fails:
They treat symptoms, not skills.
They give comfort, not competence.
They promise hope, not hard-earned transformation.
Skillcraft rejects that approach. We don’t just talk feelings. We build capability.
This is about giving your teen an operating system for life — one that makes them emotionally agile, socially capable, and mentally sharp.

Over 10 years in coaching experience.
As a teenager, I slowly withdrew from the world. What started as keeping to myself turned into severe social anxiety that controlled my life for seven long years. People tried to help, but nothing seemed to work. Eventually, I was left to face it on my own.
At 23, everything changed. I began reading books, learning how the mind works, and—almost suddenly—the anxiety loosened its grip. Over the next decade, I immersed myself in tools, strategies, and techniques that helped me rebuild confidence and connection.
Today, I bring those hard-earned lessons to SkillCraft Weekly—a space dedicated to teaching struggling teens the tools I had to learn far too late in life, so they can overcome their challenges sooner and thrive beyond them.
The Acrominds Experience
Jon Stead 12, Student
"Coach Ash's teaching methods are great! I really like the Mind-over-Body concept, the way Coach Ash help us mentally to get over obstacles really helped me especially with the side flips."
Annie Toh, Gymnastics coach
" In gymnastics classes, Asraf is always engaging towards the gymnasts. He always uses positives and encouraging words to correct and help the gymnasts improve their skills. He is a motivated coach who influences his gymnasts to always get moving!"
Crystal Lim, MOE Teacher
Ash is magic with kids. His classes are consistently fun, exciting & challenging! With ten years of coaching experience under his belt, he uses a very interactive yet supportive approach and knows exactly how to skilfully push his students so that they can achieve their maximum potential. Besides having excellent communication skills, he is also a great listener- it’s no wonder why all his students are always clamouring to talk to him! Overall, a very dedicated, nurturing and fun-loving coach! :)
Stephanie Choo, Parent
Coach Ash teaches my sons Social Emotional Learning through Parkour. In just a lesson, my husband and I saw a lot of positive changes to our sons’ attitudes when faced with challenges. Coach is also able to accurately identify physical weakness so that we can focus on working with them at home. In general, Coach Ash is very patient and is excellent at handling kids.
